Step 1: iPSC/ESC maintainance

day 0 ~ 14

culture “adherent” porcine ERM in “Primate ES medium” for “14” days. Medium should contain factors shown in the following table, and should be changed once in “14” days.

Ideally, “DSLC” should be obtained at the end of culture.

Step 2: endothelial 1

day 14 ~ 21

culture “adherent” porcine DSLC in “EGM2” for “7” days. Medium should be changed once in “7” days.

Ideally, “EC” should express “PECAM1”, “CD34”, “CDH5” at the end of culture.
