culture “adherent” unknown species cell and human Fibroblast in “EGM2” for “2” days. For ECM, use “Gelatin” at “2” “%”. Medium should contain factors shown in the following table, and should be changed once in “2” days.

Ideally, “EC” should express “VE-CAD”, “PECAM1”, “VWF”, “EphrinB2” at the end of culture. Ideally, “EC” should express “ETV2”, “SOX17” at the end of culture.
