culture “adherent” mouse PSC in “DMEM”. For ECM, use “Gelatin” at “N/A” “N/A”. Medium should contain factors shown in the following table.

Ideally, “PSC” should be obtained at the end of culture.

Step 2: mesoderm 1

day 1 ~ 5

culture “adherent” mouse PSC in “MEM alpha” for “4” days. For ECM, use “Collagen” at “N/A” “N/A”. Medium should be changed once in “4” days.

Ideally, “iVP” should be obtained at the end of culture.
